Roast process

Sparing hot air process details -

  • Longer Roast - For classic and typical Italian espresso
    (ca. 7 – 11min.)
  • Normal Roast - For high quality Schümli qualities
    (ca. 4 – 6 min.)

To complete the process – these fine quality speciality blends are then packed in sachets with an aroma valve – to allow the product to “de-gas” naturally.
