Schirmer Kaffee prides itself on offering an outstanding range of roast and ground coffees suitable for every customer and service occasion.

Again – the sparing hot air process is the basis of our roast and ground coffee production -

  • Long Roast - For espresso qualities (ca. 7 – 11 min.)

  • Normal Roast – For the highest quality recipes (ca. 4 – 6 min.)

We also specialise in High Yield roast.

  • Here the blended green beans are roasted at high temperature for a short period ( ca. 90 sec – 100 sec.).

The result the green bean “opens up” – offering more surface area from which coffee liquor can subsequently be brewed – thus improving yield and efficiency for the customer.

We can pack in any size from 21g to 1000g in sachets / 250 g to 1000g brick packs / as well as 500g composite and metalised tins.
