Again the sparing hot air process is the basis of our roast and ground coffee production -
- Long Roast - For espresso qualities (ca. 7 11 min.)
- Normal Roast For the highest quality recipes (ca. 4 6 min.)
We also specialise in High Yield roast.
- Here the blended green beans are roasted at high temperature for a short period ( ca. 90 sec 100 sec.).
The result the green bean opens up offering more surface area from which coffee liquor can subsequently be brewed thus improving yield and efficiency for the customer.
We can pack in any size from 21g to 1000g in sachets / 250 g to 1000g brick packs / as well as 500g composite and metalised tins.
